Meet The Team

My name is Thodoris, and I have over 20 years of experience in marketing and business development.
I am the founder and CEO of DAY ONE Growth Igniters, specializing in growth strategies, branding, and digital marketing.

​

Throughout my career, I have led cross-border campaigns and developed market entry strategies for European companies, always with the goal of strengthening businesses and increasing their competitiveness.

​

As a Growth Strategist, I help businesses create actionable growth plans that meet their needs.

I was born in 1982 in Athens and studied Electrical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens. I furthered my studies at the Athens Media Lab and the Chartered Institute of Marketing Management in the UK.

​

I am a member of CIM, CEO Clubs Greece, and YDC, and my professional career is accompanied by numerous Ermis and Effie Awards for marketing campaigns.

​

In the past, I have worked in multinational advertising agencies such as Ogilvy, Lowe Worldwide, UpSet!, and Cream, managing major brands like Cosmote, Vodafone, Wind, BP/Castrol, Aegean Airlines, Pame Stoichima (OPAP), Mattel, Kotsovolos (Dixons), Sarantis, IBM, and Diageo.

Currently, I teach as an Academic Instructor at the University of West London (UWL) - BCA College, have been a speaker at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), and have taught marketing management at Hellas Business Network.

I am the father of Konstantinos and partner to Dimitra, who fill my life with love and care. My personal life brings balance and inspiration.

​

Outside of work, I am fascinated by scuba diving, open sea kayaking, and anything related to the sea. I enjoy playing music with friends, listening to people’s stories, and learning new things. During my breaks, I enjoy a game of chess – even online.

Dance is also an important part of my life.

 

Travel is an essential part of my life, making me feel like a citizen of the world, and my love for motorcycles helps me reach my destinations quickly.

I studied in the UK, where I obtained a double degree in Economics and Operations Management from Lancaster University, and continued with a master's degree in Finance at the University of Surrey.

Professionally, I have worked in both local and multinational companies in advertising, with collaborations including Ashley & Holmes Worldgroup, Isobar, MSPS, IMAKO Media, Generation Y, and others.

​

Through these positions, I had the opportunity to contribute to the success of well-known brands such as: OTE, COSMOTE, WIND Hellas, National Bank of Greece, Mastercard, OPAP, Giotis, Blue Star Ferries, Alumil, and more.

​

I am a mother of two boys, and traveling with them, both in Greece and abroad, is always our favorite activity.

​

I love painting and, in recent years, fitness, which provide me with relaxation and inspiration.

My motto is: Dream - Believe - Do - Repeat, and I apply it every day, both in my personal and professional life.

I am a strategic marketing consultant with over 15 years of experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and B2B e-commerce.

My expertise lies in developing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and optimize performance across various sectors. I have extensive experience implementing successful SEO and inbound marketing strategies, which have significantly increased lead generation and conversion rates for my clients.

My strength is analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for business expansion. My strategic approach involves leveraging data-driven insights to create targeted campaigns that reach specific audiences. With a solid foundation in digital marketing, I use advanced tools and technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness, making me a valuable partner for organizations looking to thrive in the competitive digital landscape.

My name is Konstantinos, and I studied New Technologies and Communication at the University of the Aegean, as well as an MBA with a specialization in digital transformation at the University of Nicosia.

My professional journey in business development and sales began 10 years ago in a family business. Since then, I have worked in multinational companies such as Vodafone, Wind, and British American Tobacco, focusing on partnership management and development for both small and large enterprises.

 

My goal has always been to foster growth and strengthen our partners by focusing on improving their products and/or services.

​

At DAY ONE, I am responsible for commercial management and the development of new collaboration opportunities.

​

My passion for marketing and my drive to help our partners grow motivate me daily, providing me with the strength and inspiration to continuously evolve in my field.

In my free time, I enjoy music, outdoor physical exercise, and reading books on self-improvement and personal development. I also love traveling, whether in winter or summer, and place great importance on the quality of people I share these experiences with, appreciating equally the magic of both the mountains and the sea.

My name is Mariánthi, and I am a child of a “crazy generation,” as the famous song goes… I grew up surrounded by discos, concerts, and family gatherings that turned into parties at the slightest opportunity. These moments brought me closer to communication and the arts, which have become inseparable parts of my life.

​

At the age of 18, I decided to pursue communication studies. My experiences in this field helped me develop my communication skills as I interacted with people from different backgrounds and personalities.

​

However, my artistic nature didn’t take long to captivate me, and soon I started capturing emotions through images. That’s how my journey in photography began, initially as an amateur and quickly advancing to a professional level.

​

I feel that I am in the most creative phase of my life, being part of this team that inspires and supports me in every artistic pursuit.

I am Dimitra, and language is my great love – an endless adventure with words and meanings that started when I was a child.

​

I studied Philology, and since the age of 17, I found myself in the world of advertising and production, working in roles such as casting director, scouter, and production director. Each experience taught me the importance of attention to detail and teamwork, as well as the joy of creating content with a real impact.

​

A significant milestone was my work with the news site greekreporter.com, where I handled partnerships, advertisements, and managed the editorial team. My love for the Greek diaspora led me to cities like Vancouver and New York, where we built lasting relationships with communities.

​

I love losing and finding myself in every place – observing the world from every angle, from faces in a crowded subway to the line at a concert. For me, every place is a canvas of human stories, and language is the tool that brings them to life.

​

Beyond work, my life is filled with music, dance, nature walks, cycling, and running. And now, as a mother to Konstantinos, I discover every day that love knows no bounds – the more you share it, the more it grows. My relationship with him and my partner, Thodoris, inspires me and reminds me that happiness lies in the moments and the simple, unpretentious beauty of life.

I have over 15 years of experience as a freelancer in digital marketing, specializing in Meta Ads - full ads performance and content.

I have received postgraduate education in marketing, completing my MBA at the University of Wales with a specialization in Marketing and distinction. Previously, I obtained a BA (Hons) in European Business Administration, also from the University of Wales, with high academic achievement.

 

In my free time, I love going to the gym and playing basketball, enjoying physical activity and the opportunity to continuously improve both professionally and personally.

I studied in the Department of Computer Systems Engineering at the University of Western Attica, which helped me develop my expertise in web development and problem-solving. But if you ask me about my true strength, it’s my ability to make the difficult seem easy and turn everyday work into something fun.

When I’m not solving problems, you’ll find me immersed in the world of video games, discovering new adventures and strategies. Technology is my passion, but gaming and exploration are what fuel me and remind me why life is always full of surprises.

My name is Eva, I’m a proud Cretan, and a millennial who belongs to Gen Z. My childhood was filled with the soundtrack of all the pop hits from the 00s, with a bit of Psarantonis to bring balance.

​

I studied Computer Science at the University of Crete, where I discovered the magic of Web Development and human-centered design. Every type of design is rooted in human psychology, and that's a fantastic challenge.

​

I’m thrilled to be a part of the DayOne team, as it gives me the opportunity to nurture my passion in a supportive and enjoyable environment.

​

In my free time, I try to win the attention of my cat, learn something new, and capture ideas in clay. I’m on a quest to find my Ikigai (yes, I know it’s a cliché), I love traveling (another cliché), and my favorite hero is Donald Norman.

“I graduate with honors,” as Nicki Minaj says, from the University of Piraeus in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing. At the same time, my creativity led me to explore photography at the National and Kapodistrian University in the field of photography, and now I also create my own content as a freelancer.

I have worked in marketing and advertising, specializing in content creation, shooting, and calendars for brands such as Olympus, Apollonion, Humana, Budget, Mitera, Ygeia, and more, creating storytelling that grabs attention and... views!

As a Digital Marketing Manager at DAY ONE, I focus on content creation, develop social media strategies, and specialize in performance marketing (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads). I also flirt with the strategy and management side of things.

​

Away from work, I’m a fan of travel and... playing the guitar. Fun fact: my first concert was with Ozzy Osbourne when I was 9! I'm Gen Z, and as a true Capricorn, I never stop chasing my goals, but I also know when to slow down because mental health comes first!

As Kanye West once said in one of his songs, “Even if you are not ready for the day, it cannot always be night.” This is a quote that represents me.
